Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Non‑Refundable Services
 

  • API services after activation/use

  • One-time setup, onboarding or integration fees

  • Changes due to post-payment business operations

  • Partially used API credits
     

1.2 Refund Eligibility
 

  • System-generated incorrect charges

  • Duplicate payments

  • Service not approved by us or our providers
     

1.3 Refund Exemptions
 

  • Client-side errors (wrong details or misconfiguration)

  • Failures from banks or third-party providers

  • Unauthorized account use
     

1.4 How to Request a Refund
 

  1. Email your Relationship Manager and copy info@quickwavetechnologies.in with transaction details and reason.

  2. We will review and verify the request.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 90 business days to the original payment method.

  4. Refunds won’t be issued in cash or to third-party accounts.
     

1.5 Chargeback Policy
 

  • Contact Emmipay support before initiating a chargeback.

  • Unapproved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

  • We may recover losses legally for fraudulent claims.

  • Chargeback fees imposed by banks will be charged to you.
     

2. Cancellation Policy
 

  • API services once activated cannot be cancelled.

  • Please ensure requirements are reviewed before payment.

  • For contract-based services, cancellation terms will follow the agreement.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if:

    • You violate terms of service

    • Engage in fraudulent or API misuse

  • Early termination fees may apply as per contract.

  • Refund eligibility due to policy violations is at Emmipay’s discretion.
     

3. Liability Disclaimer
 

  • Provided on an "as is, as available" basis—with no warranty of uninterrupted service.

  • Liability cap: total payments made in the past 3 months.

  • No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Clients responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
     

4. Dispute Resolution
 

  • Report payment or refund disputes within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Email info@quickwavetechnologies.in with transaction details.

  • We aim to respond within 10 business days.

  • If unresolved, disputes will follow legal procedures:

    • Governing Law: [Your State/Country laws]

    • Arbitration: [Your City], under the applicable Arbitration Act.

    • Arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
